Privacy Policy

Who we are

sbtrades is an independent trading interface. Trading is executed through your own account with a third-party regulated broker (Deriv) via its API. We are not a broker, we do not hold your funds, and we are not affiliated with Deriv.

Information we collect

• Authentication session. When you sign in, the broker issues an access token. We exchange and store it server-side in a secure, HTTP-only cookie so your browser stays signed in. The token is never exposed to page JavaScript.
• Account and trading data. To show your balance, positions and prices, we request that information from the broker in real time using your session. We do not maintain our own copy of your account records on our servers.
• Local browser storage. Your recent trade history and last-seen prices are cached in your own browser (local and session storage) so the interface loads quickly. This data never leaves your device.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request logs (such as IP address, timestamp and error details) for security and reliability. These are used for operating the Service, not for profiling you.

We do not collect your broker password — you enter it only on the broker’s own secure login page.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To display your accounts, balances, live prices, open positions and trade history.
• To place, price and close the trades you request through the broker.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

• Derivprocesses authentication, market data, account information and all trade execution and settlement. Your use of your broker account is governed by Deriv’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider serves the site and processes requests on our behalf.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, plus short-lived cookies during the login flow to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

The session cookie expires when your broker token expires or when you log out. Locally cached trade history and prices remain in your browser until you clear them or your browser removes them. You can delete this data at any time by logging out and clearing your browser storage for this site.

Your choices

• Log out at any time to end your session and clear the session cookie.
• Clear your browser’s local storage for this site to remove cached history.
• Manage the personal data held by the broker — including access, correction and deletion — directly through your broker account.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
