Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sbtrades website and interface (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
sbtrades is an independent, third-party interface for placing trades through your own account with a regulated broker (Deriv) via its API. We are not a broker or financial institution, we do not hold or transmit your funds, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Deriv. All orders, pricing, execution, settlement, deposits and withdrawals are handled by the broker under the broker’s own terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade the relevant products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of leveraged or options trading is lawful where you live.
No financial advice
The Service provides tools and market information only. Nothing on it constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to enter any trade. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Risk warning
Trading synthetic indices, options and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire stake. Prices can move rapidly. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Your account and responsibilities
- You must have a valid broker account and authenticate through the broker’s secure login.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your session, including every trade you place, and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with the broker’s terms and applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the broker’s terms;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- use automated systems to abuse the Service or the broker’s API; or
- misrepresent your identity or your right to trade.
Availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that market data and prices will always be accurate or current. Access may depend on the broker’s systems and third-party networks that are outside our control.
Intellectual property
The Service’s design, code and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by market movements, delays, downtime, inaccurate data, or the acts or systems of the broker or other third parties.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
